Fill in with pomade & pencil eyebrows will be outlined with concealer for clean up Strip eyelashes added (please provide) With or without eyeliner at the top PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: Appointment will be cancelled upon being 15 mins late. NO EXCEPTS! Please cancel at a timely fashion (24 hour span). Deposits are kept with any cancellations and ALL NO SHOWS! DUE TO COVID EXTRA GUEST ARE NOT ALLOWED THEY WILL HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE! AND FURTHER MORE ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN! Thank you for following policy!
